We have set up this system to support various languages.
You will notice that at the top of each page, there are a few buttons, with ISO language codes. The button is navy blue if the content you are viewing exists also in that language; it is otherwise gray.
You may easily switch between languages by clicking on the blue language code buttons.
If you would like to add a translation for content in one of these languages, simply click on the gray button.
You may also add content in another language that is not listed among those buttons: simply edit the existing page, and add a link to the bottom, prefacing your link with the ISO language code and a colon (":"), and it will be automagically created in the proper namespace.
For example, to create a page reference concerning "MITA" in the German language, you would simply use a link like this: [[de:mita]]
