SPE is working with SMARTJOBBOARD to provide a FREE tool for members and employers that is dedicated to positions in the oil and gas and related industries.
With the SPE Industry Job Board, employers will reach our global membership and draw on the best applicants in the industry, and individuals can search for jobs, upload their resumes, and be notified when positions matching their criteria are posted.
When you access the job board, note that you will leave SPE.org to go to the site hosted by SMARTJOBBOARD.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR JOB SEEKERS
Make yourself easy to find. Use the profile fields and summary to include as many specific skills and industry terms as apply to you, to improve your visibility in search results. The full text of uploaded resumes is not searched, so be sure to list your most important credentials within your profile on the site.
Provide minimal personal information. A name and an email are the only identifying items required on the site. For your privacy, we recommend you do not include additional personal information (such as phone number, date of birth, etc.) on any resume you upload. SMARTJOBBOARD follows strict GDPR and privacy guidelines, but resumes can be downloaded by registered employers on the site and anything you include will be visible to them.
FOR EMPLOYERS
No cost job postings. During these extraordinary times in the industry, SPE is offering job postings from employers at no charge. Once you register on the site, you may post openings and search for qualified applicants by keywords.
SPE takes applicant privacy very seriously. Any individual or organization that attempts to spam or otherwise misuse applicant information will be banned from the site.
