Become a Mentor
SPE's eMentoring program gives members a way to share professional insights and practical career advice with young professionals, and guidance on academic direction and career choice with students. In addition to being mentored themselves, young professionals also have a unique opportunity to serve as mentors to students who seek the guidance of younger professionals as they transition to the working world.

Recruit
Share the benefits of SPE membership by participating in the member recruitment contests. The contest is held annually from 1 January through 31 December, and prizes are awarded throughout the year. Recruitment credits are cumulative over the course of your membership. Any member who recruits 100 or more new members is inducted into the Century Club. This exclusive club entitles members to a complimentary Lifetime Membership.
