Dear Industry Colleagues,

I am very pleased to update you with the huge success of 2016 SPE Annual Technical Conference and Exhibition (ATCE) that was held in Dubai (for the first time in the Middle East). It far exceeded our expectations considering the current industry downturn. With active participation of over 7,500 industry professionals from 91 countries, the conference delivered over 580 technical presentations and 21 topical panel and special sessions around the theme of “E&P 2.0—Transforming and Shaping the Future”. Thank you for all your dedication and support! By working together, we achieved a historical milestone, not only for SPE MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region, but also for SPE International. We should be proud ourselves for this significant achievement!
