Program Tecnico de Exelencia Preparado Para A LACPEC em Quito, Ecuador

Richardson, Texas, EUA (31 de julho de 2015) –A Conferência dos Engenheiros de Petróleo da América Latina e Caribe (LACPEC) organizada pela Sociedade dos Engenheiros de Petróleo (SPE) será realizada de 18-20, Novembro em Quito, Equador. Nesse que é um dos mais importantes eventos de exploração e produção da região, participantes podem planejar para se familiarizar com a herança cultural de Quito, visitar o Centro do Mundo e outras atrações turísticas.

Com o tema “Pessoas, Planeta e Tecnologia: Soluções energéticas inovadoras para ambientes desafiadores”, a LACPEC fornece a oportunidade ideal para saber mais sobre as novas tendências, explorar desafios técnicos e sociais relacionados com o setor upstream petrolífero, e network com os principais especialistas na área.

 O comitê da programação tecnica dessa ediçãorecebeu o número recorde de 820 proposta de trabalhos tecnicos. Este nível de interesse e entusiasmo tem ajudado a criar um programa técnico grandioso para a conferência, incluindo mais de 200 apresentações de especialistas líderes da indústria. “A LACPEC é o evento ideal para conferir as mais recentes realizações tecnológicas, e expor produtos e serviços,” disse Italo T. HOUSTON, USA (6 MAY 2015) – The Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) releases a technical report based on work done at a Worst-Case Discharge (WCD) Summit in March of 2014. The summit was attended by 68 subject matter experts with the goal of improving the methods of calculating and reporting WCD of oil or gas to the environment resulting from a loss of control (a blowout) during open-hole drilling.

Houston, Texas USA (4, February, 2015) – At the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) Hydraulic Fracturing Technical Conference today the 2015 Legend of Hydraulic Fracturing Award was given to Dr. Heber Cinco-Ley in recognition for his significant contributions to the technology over a lifetime of work. SPE 2014 President Jeff Spath presented the award to Dr. Cinco-Ley noting his 40-year professional career where he authored more than 100 technical works, was the founding president of the SPE Mexican chapter, received SPE’s Lester C. Uren award, and served in academia and many companies.
