LACPEC 2010 “Looks Into the Future” in Peru, Lima

Experts on the “Out of the Box: LACPEC Looks Into the Future” panel proposed scenarios for accelerating the exploration and development of hydrocarbon resources, maximizing the value of the oil and gas assets. In addition to technical issues, the panelists addressed the contribution of the oil & gas operations for a sustained economic and social growing of Latin American & Caribbean Countries. The session was moderated by Alain Labastie, SPE 2011 President and Ana Zambelli, Schlumberger. The panelists were Nemesio Fernandez-Cuesta, Repsol; Daniel Kadjar, Perenco; Steve Crowell, Pluspetrol; Carlos Morales Gil, PEMEX; Nestor Saavedra, Ecopetrol; Ganesh Thakur, Chevron; and Evandro Correa, Arpel.
