The SPE Middle East, North Africa, and India office, located in Dubai, was recognized for bringing the SPE Annual Technical Conference and Exhibition (ATCE) to Dubai in 2016, which will help promote tourism and trade in the city.

In accepting the award, Waleed Refaay, managing director of SPE Middle East, North Africa, and India, said, “ATCE 2016 will be a success story for Dubai and the global oil and gas community given the city’s reputation as global business capital, and SPE’s standing as the largest association of upstream oil and gas professionals in the world.”

It includes what’s working across several disciplines and is a living database intended for additions. The AIME Sustainability Steering Committee will review submissions for inclusion. SPE’s point person on the committee is Johana Dunlop. Access the tool on the AIME website.
