If you already have a login for the SPE site (from prior paper submission, buying something from the eLibrary, etc.), you will need to use it. If you do not remember whether you have an SPE login, try the Forgot Password link.
You will be notified if the program committee accepts your proposal and you will need to prepare a manuscript. Please note that most SPE meetings now follow a "no paper, no podium" policy. Authors who do not submit their manuscripts by the due date will be removed from the program and replaced by an alternate paper.
