Many entities and programs work together to achieve the mission of SPE. Each is codified in either the SPE International Constitution, various policies and procedures documents, or the Long-Range Plan. Mission

Every 5 to 10 years, an hoc committee of industry experts, veterans, and
young professionals assesses the strategic direction of SPE. The current
