Sections
Sections are local affiliates of SPE. Sections provide the opportunity for
SPE members in a geographic area to exchange technical information, network
with peers, support student chapters, and engage in other activities to benefit
their communities. The primary mission of SPE sections is to disseminate
information through regular meetings and educational programs.

officer names are listed, along with the section website if they have one.
SPE members can get contact information from the Membership Directory.

Sections regularly report on programs and achievements in Section News, a timely source for section best practices.

Membership Contest
The year-long section membership contest motivates and rewards section efforts to recruit and retain members.
Distinguished Lecturer Program
More than 400 lectures are presented at section meetings annually by a cadre of industry-recognized experts.
