Reinhard Pongratz (left), SPE Moscow Section Chairperson, presents Larry McVay, recently retired from TNK-BP as Chief Operating Officer, with a plaque in appreciation of 36 years of dedication and commitment to the Society as member, leader, and supporter. McVay joined SPE in 1970 and served as Director of the SPE Egyptian Section during 1997–98.
