Sponsorship Opportunities

Offering sponsorship at this workshop is a great way to maximise the exposure of your company. Listed below are specific sponsorship opportunities available. Alternatively, your organisation can make a general contribution to the overall workshop costs and be identified on all promotional literature as a “General Workshop Sponsor”.

Audio-visual Equipment

Each discussion leader has the option of using data projection, PowerPoint
projection; or overhead projection. Microphones and sound equipment are also
needed.

700 GBP

Welcome Reception

On Thursday 3 July, a reception will be held for all attendees. This is a great
opportunity for all attendees to network and continue their discussions from the
first days’ sessions.

1250 GBP

Workshop Coffee Breaks

There will be two coffee breaks on each day of the workshop: a mid-morning
coffee break and an afternoon coffee break. Exclusive sponsorship for all
workshop coffee breaks is available as well as individual sponsorship.

275 GBP (each coffee break) or 950 GBP for all 4 coffee breaks

Workshop Lunches

There will be a workshop lunch on both days of the event for all attendees.
Workshop lunches provide an ideal opportunity for informal networking and
discussions. Single lunch sponsorship (3, or 4th July) is also available – please
indicate on the sponsorship form which day you would prefer.

800 GBP (per lunch) or 1400 GBP (for both lunches)

EVENT SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS

  • Company name and a black and white logo included in onsite information
  • Company colour logo on the SPE event website
  • For coffee breaks, lunches, and the welcome reception sponsorship: company name and black and white logo included on display signs in the area where the function takes place.
  • For audio-visual equipment sponsorship: logo and company name on acknowledgement slide, projected on screen when people enter and leave the session room at beginning and end of session, and during mid-session break for coffee.
