Workshop Details
To Register
Simply submit the form by Monday 3 March 2008. Upon receipt of your form and payment, SPE will send you a receipted invoice to confirm your booking and full joining instructions about the workshop. If you have not received a receipt two weeks after booking your place, please contact the SPE office in London to ensure your registration form has been received.
Workshop Deliverables
The Steering Committee will invite a scribe to make a full report of the discussions and conclusions of the workshop. The report will be distributed to all attendees after the workshop. The copyright of the scribe’s report will belong to SPE/EAGE.
Attendance Certificate
All attendees will receive a certificate from SPE/EAGE attesting to their participation.
Continuing Education Units
(Applicable to SPE Members only)
This workshop qualifies for SPE Continuing Education Units (CEU), at the rate
of 0.1 CEU per hour of the workshop.
Registration Fee
The non-residential registration fee for this event will be £685 plus 19% VAT for SPE/EAGE members and £725 plus 19% VAT for nonmembers. This includes all workshop sessions, the scribe’s report, coffee breaks each day, 3 lunches, a welcome reception on Monday 31 March, and dinner on Tuesday 1 April. The residential registration fee is £995 plus VAT @ 19% for SPE/EAGE members and £1050 plus VAT @ 19% for non-members. This includes the same as the non-residential package plus accommodation for the nights of 31 March, 1 April and 2 April. Kindly note that your place is only confirmed if payment has been received.
Cancellation Policy
Written notice received 30 days before the starting date of the workshop entitles registrants to a 50% refund. There will be no refund for cancellations received after this time.
