Advance Registration

• Register by 13 August 2007 and save!

To advance register, please complete and return the Advance Registration Form included in this brochure. Advance registration deadline is 27 August 2007. Payment on advance registration should be mailed to the SPE Asia Pacific Office (Kuala Lumpur) as indicated on the form, or fax your completed registration form with credit card information to SPE Asia Pacific Office (Kuala Lumpur), facsimile: +60.3.2282.1220 or register online (For credit card registration only).
 
Conference materials and badges will not be mailed in advance, but should be collected at the Conference Registration Desk, Grand Ballroom Foyer, Intercontinental Bangkok, during the registration hours.

Registration Payment

Advance registration payment can be made by:

1. U.S. Dollar cheque or Money Order payable to Society of Petroleum Engineers.

3. Credit card payment will be in US Dollars only: American Express, MasterCard, VISA, and Diners Club

On-Site Registration

Delegates may register on-site at the Conference Registration Desk, Grand Ballroom Foyer, Intercontinental Bangkok during the following registration hours:

Registration Package and Fee

Full Conference Registration Fee includes: admission to all technical sessions and exhibition; one conference CD-ROM Proceedings, luncheons, welcome reception and daily coffee/tea breaks.

One-Day Registration Fee includes: admission to exhibition and all technical sessions; luncheon and coffee breaks for that day only.

Students: registration for technical sessions and exhibition is complimentary for full time students. Student registration does not include CD-ROM Proceedings or any function tickets.

Guest Registration Fee: USD 35 on/before 13 August, USD 40 after 13 August, includes admission to exhibition and coffee breaks for that day only.

Refund Deadline

Cancellations must be received in writing by the SPE Asia Pacific Office (Kuala Lumpur), address shown on the Advance Registration Form no later than 27 August 2007 to receive a refund less USD 100 processing fee. No refunds will be accepted after this date. Substitutions will be accepted.
