Conference Proceedings
Full conference advance registration guarantees one CD-ROM Proceedings and is available for collection at the Conference Registration Desk. Additional Proceedings may be pre-ordered on the Advance Registration Form or purchased during registration hours at the conference for USD 100 member and USD 150 nonmember.
Hotel Accommodation
Hotel accommodation can be reserved at the Intercontinental Bangkok and Holiday Inn Bangkok, where room blocks with “special rate” are being held for 2007 APHSSEC conference delegates. Please complete the Hotel Booking Form linked below to ensure your hotel accommodation during the conference.

Immigration/Visa
Visitors must be in possession of valid passports or other internationally recognised travel documents, endorsed for travelling to Thailand, and with a validity period of at least six months beyond the time of stay allowed in Thailand. Information on Thailand visa requirements is also available from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kingdom of Thailand website http://www.mfa.go.th/web/12.php. Please check with your travel agent or the Thai Embassy on regulations relating to immigration/visa before your departure.
Airport Transportation
The Bangkok Suvarnabhumi International Airport is located approximately 35 km from Intercontinental Bangkok. Travelling time to the city centre by car is about 45 minutes via express way. The various modes of transportation available are airport limousine service, taxi service and airport bus.
