Sponsorship Opportunities

All sponsorships will be acknowledged in the Conference Preview (for sponsorships received before 31 March 2007), the Conference Programme (for sponsorships received before 10 August 2007) and the Conference Sponsorship signage. Please use our Sponsor Form to apply for the following opportunities.

Principal Sponsors

Your commitment of USD 20,000 as a principal sponsor entitles you to:

  • Insert one (1) item bearing information about your organisation in the delegates’ satchel
  • One page colour advertisement in the Conference Programme
  • Prominent signage on the stage during the conference Opening Ceremony and Keynote Session
  • Prominent signage adjacent to the conference registration area
  • Recognition at the Conference Opening Ceremony
  • Three (3) complimentary full conference registrations. (Registration includes access to the conference sessions and exhibition, daily luncheon, daily coffee/tea breaks, one CD-ROM Proceedings, and conference welcome reception)

Conference Proceeding CD

Being the most important documentation for the conference, the Proceedings CD contains papers that are presented at the conference. The Proceedings is an excellent source of reference for the delegates and people in the oil and gas industry. As a sponsor, you will receive:

  • Acknowledgement under the heading “Corporate Sponsor(s)” on the introductory screen inside the Proceedings CD
  • One (1) complimentary full conference registrations per USD 7,500 sponsorship. (Registration includes access to the conference sessions and exhibition, daily luncheon, daily coffee/tea breaks, one Proceedings CD, and conference welcome reception)

Conference Luncheons
USD 15,000 per luncheon

Luncheon will be provided each day at the Intercontinental Bangkok Hotel to all full conference registrants. The luncheons will provide the delegates with the opportunity for networking and at the same time offering the sponsor an opportunity to demonstrate hospitality to conference delegates. Your sponsorship of each luncheon entitles you to:

  • A signage bearing your company’s name and logo displayed in the luncheon area and on all luncheon tables
  • Eight (8) complimentary luncheon tickets for each sponsorship to the luncheon for the day sponsored
  • Two (2) complimentary full conference registrations per sponsorship. (Registration includes access to the conference sessions and exhibition, daily luncheon, daily coffee/tea breaks, one CD-ROM Proceedings, and conference welcome reception)

All Technical Session Rooms and Author Check-In Room will be equipped with audio-visual equipment such as laptop computer, LCD (Microsoft PowerPoint Projector), as well as other necessary audio visual equipment. Your contribution will be rewarded with:

  • A slide bearing your company’s name and logo projected on the screen in all of the technical session rooms
  • One (1) complimentary full conference registration per USD 5,000 sponsorship. (Registration includes access to the conference sessions and exhibition, daily luncheon, daily coffee/tea breaks, one CD-ROM Proceedings, and conference welcome reception)

Conference Preview
USD 7,000

The brochure will be distributed to SPE members and will be posted on the SPE website. It is the trademark of the SPE conference and exhibition and it contains the conference programme, list of papers/events, general information, registration and hotel booking forms, etc. The sponsor will be entitled to:

  • One (1) full-page complimentary black & white or 2-colour advertisement (if desired) in the Conference Preview
  • One (1) complimentary full conference registration. (Registration includes access to the conference sessions and exhibition, daily luncheon, daily coffee/tea breaks, one CD-ROM Proceedings, and conference welcome reception)
