SPE has appointed Freeman as the official decorator and labor contractor. Freeman can assist you with carpet, furnishings, labor, modular exhibit rentals, signs and graphics. Freeman Online is available for your convenience to order all Freeman services, view important dates, or print order forms. Please note the discount deadline for Freeman services is 17 March.

The Freeman Quick Facts provides details of booth equipment and services you receive with your exhibit space, discount pricing deadlines and Service Center hours.

As the official labor contractor, Freeman is readily available to assist you with your installation and dismantle requirements. To receive special discount pricing, complete and submit the Freeman Installation & Dismantle Form by 17 March.

Freeman is the exclusive cleaning contractor. Any booth cleaning must be order through Freeman. You may order these services through Freeman Online, or if you prefer, you may utilize the printable Freeman Cleaning Order Form.

All hanging signs must be assembled, installed and removed by Freeman. Exhibitors must complete the Hanging Sign Order Form and Structural Integrity Form and submit directly to Freeman. For regulations regarding hanging signs and/or graphics, please refer to the SPE/ICoTA Exhibit Regulations.
