Conference Program Listing

New For 2008

For 2008, SPE has implemented a new software system which will provide you the capability of submitting your Conference Program Exhibitor Listing online. In addition, the new system provides an Online Booth Profile for each exhibitor whereby attendees can access your information directly on the web site. The Online Booth Profile is complimentary to exhibitors.

In order for you to submit your information online, you will need a password, which is generated by the system. An email has been sent to the primary exhibit contact with your company password and instructions for submitting your information on the Coiled Tubing and Well Intervention web site at www.spe.org/ctwi.08.

You must update your Coiled Tubing and Well Intervention Booth Profile by 11 February to ensure your company’s accurate listing in the on-site program and on the Proceeding CD. It is the responsibility of exhibitors to complete this form for your 2008 listing.

Information provided to SPE in previous years will not be listed in the 2008 program. If you do not update your online booth profile, SPE will use whatever information as provided on your exhibit space application. If you have any questions, please contact Barbara Katz at bkatz@spe.org.
