Registration and Housing

Exhibitors may register their Full Conference Registration allotments online. To register additional booth personnel, exhibitors must complete and fax the Booth Personnel Registration Form to SPE. Master Exhibitor Registration Forms have sent to all fully paid exhibitors and includes information needed to register online. The Exhibitor Registration Instructions provides details of your complimentary allotment and registration deadlines.

Rooms have been reserved for all registrants at the Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel. To secure your hotel room, make your reservations online or if you prefer, you may use the printable housing form. All reservations must be received by 3 March to be guaranteed at the conference rate. Make sure you reference the SPE/ICoTA Coiled Tubing & Well Intervention Conference to receive the special negotiated room rate.

NOTE: All conference participants will receive complimentary high-speed internet access while staying at the Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel. Please be sure you reference the event in order to obtain this complimentary service.
