Cancellations

Cancellations relating to any part of the registration process must be submitted in writing to the SPE London Office on or before 15 March 2008 in order to receive a refund. Cancellations prior to 13 February 2008 will qualify for a full refund, less a GBP 40 handling fee. Cancellations received between 13 February and 15 March, inclusive, will qualify for a 50% refund. For cancellations received after 15 March, no refunds will be paid, although substitutions may be made.
