Specifically we would like papers to address the following questions:

Request for papers answering the questions in the following categories:	Enablers Successful implementations of IE are enabled by the appropriate application of technology, supported by management of change (people, process and organisational).	Integration IE provides the opportunity for operators to integrate across the E&P value chain both internally and externally.	Innovation IE looks at bringing the future to us today.
People, Process, & Organisational Change	How do we enable people to work in new ways in our new business model? Are there alternative business models that support our objectives?	How do we integrate across disciplines, geographical boundaries, remote locations, diverse cultures, suppliers and operators? What is the impact on PPO?	How do we attract new talent and utilise new capabilities? What needs to change?
Technology & Data	What smart technologies are there for maximising value out of exploration & appraisal and brown field & green field developments?	How do we integrate applications, data and systems to recognise value?	Where and what are the next big technologies that will change the E&P business? How can their adoption be accelerated?
Case Studies	How, what and where have enablers been used to deliver IE value in your organisation?	How did you integrate applications, systems and data across geography, companies and culture? What was the value created?	Are there innovative solutions from unconventional sources? Eureka moments? What lessons can we learn from other industries?

NOTE: Paper proposals should address the questions in at least one of the above boxes.
