Conference Details and Registration

Luncheons

Luncheons will be served from 1230 to 1400 on Thursday, 13 March and Friday, 14 March, at the Palais Des Congrès Hotel. Please note that no luncheon is provided on Wednesday, 12 March. Luncheon tickets for both days are included in the full conference registration fee. The 1-day conference registration fee includes a lunch ticket for that day (if applicable). To order additional luncheon tickets, please indicate the appropriate day on the Conference Registration Form. Additional luncheon tickets are USD 50. Luncheon tickets can be collected at the registration desk.

Conference Proceedings

One copy of the conference proceedings on CD-ROM is included in the full and 1-day conference registration fee. Additional copies may be ordered using the Conference Registration Form and can be collected at the registration desk. Cost for SPE members is USD 100 and for nonmembers is USD 200.

Delegates may register on-site at the registration desk, which will be open at the following times:

Tuesday, 11 March: 1600–1800 hours
Wednesday, 12 March: 0730–1800 hours
Thursday, 13 March: 0730–1800 hours
Friday, 14 March: 0730–1200 hours
