Exhibition Information and Regulations
The Exhibition Schedule provides details of move-in, show days, and move-out. Move-in begins on Sunday, 27 April at 8:00, and all booths must be complete by 17:00. Move-out begins at 15:30 on Tuesday, 29 April, and all freight must be cleared from the center by 17:00. Please make sure you review the InterContinental Houston Fire Regualtions to ensure the safety of your exhibit.
SPE has appointed Official Contractors for this event. Please refer to the Official Contractor List for complete contact information.
The 2008 SPE Exhibit Regulations is the most important document you need to review and share with your colleagues. The regulations have been expanded and include valuable information regarding the logistics of your exhibit display.
SPE has appointed Freeman as the official labor contractor to ensure the sufficient number of qualified craftsmen necessary to install and dismantle the exhibition. Full-time employees of exhibiting companies may install and dismantle their own display. Should you require assistance, Freeman will be happy to assist you.
An Exhibitor-Appointed Contractor (EAC) is any person and/or company, other than the official or exclusive contractors, that provides a service and requires access to your exhibit at any time. Please review the Work Authorization Request Instructions for complete details.
Exhibitors utilizing Freeman or a hired EAC must complete the Work Authorization Request Form. The deadline for submitting this form is 17 March 2008.
