Exhibitor Registration Information

Exhibitors are allotted two (2) complimentary Exhibitor Registrations per 100 square feet of contracted exhibit space. Registration includes admittance to the Technical Sessions, Icebreaker and Welcome Receptions, Tuesday and Wednesday morning and afternoon Coffee Breaks, Tuesday and Wednesday Luncheons, plus one copy of the CD Proceedings will be mailed to the exhibits contact person after the event.
If additional registrations are needed over your allotment, please refer to the “Additional Registration” section of the Registration Form. Additional registrations are full registrations only.
An email will be sent to exhibitors and includes information needed to register booth personnel online. An Exhibitor Registration Form
is also available.
In order for your badges to be processed and waiting for you on-site at Exhibitor Registration, SPE must receive your Registration Form no later than 30 May 2008. However all domestic badges will be mailed if you register before 9 May 2008.
Please do not submit Registration Forms to SPE after 30 May 2008, as this will delay processing of your registration.
