Information and Regulations
The Exhibition Schedule provides details of move-in, show days, and move-out. Move-in begins on Sunday, 10 February at Noon, and all booths must be complete by 5 p.m. Move-out begins at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, 12 February, and all freight must be cleared from the center by 5:30 p.m.
SPE has appointed Official Contractors for this event. Please refer to the Official Contractor List for complete contact information.
The 2008 SPE Exhibit Regulations is the most important document you need to review and share with your colleagues. The regulations have been expanded and include valuable information regarding the logistics of your exhibit display.
SPE has appointed Freeman as the official labor contractor to ensure the sufficient number of qualified craftsmen necessary to install and dismantle the exhibition. Full-time employees of exhibiting companies may install and dismantle their own display. Should you require assistance, Freeman will be happy to assist you.
