Material Handling and Freight Services
SPE has appointed Freeman as the exclusive contractor to control access to The Keystone Resort and Conference Center of all delivery and freight trucks, administer assignment and usage of loading docks, and supervise the Teamsters Union Labor responsible for the loading and unloading of freight shipments.
All exhibitors must submit the Material Handling Order Form directly to the Freeman Companies.
Freeman will begin accepting advance warehouse shipments on 10 January 2008. To avoid additional after deadline charges, materials must arrive by 28 January 2008.
Should you require rigging equipment and labor to install and/or dismantle your display, complete the Freeman Installation & Dismantle Form.
All outbound shipments require a Material Handling Agreement and appropriate labels. Freeman can prepare these for you in advance and deliver them to your booth. To take advantage of this service, complete the Freeman Shipping Outbound Order Form.
