Badge Mailing Information
Domestic attendee badges and any purchased tickets will be mailed prior to the conference if registration is processed on or before 11 January. Registrations received after 11 January and all international attendee registrations will be held for pickup on-site during registration hours at the Registration Counter. Please be prepared to show photo ID (passport or driver’s license) in order to pick up your conference badge.

Refund Deadline
SPE must receive cancellation/refund requests in writing by 31 January 2008. Cancellations made after 31 January will not be refunded. Send requests to SPE, 222 Palisades Creek Drive, Richardson, Texas 75080, or service@spe.org.
Housing Information
Rooms have been reserved for the SPE Unconventional Reservoirs Conference at the Keystone Resort and Conference Center. Visit www.spe.org/urc08 for a printable housing form, or call 1-800-258-0437. When calling, please reference SPE Group Code CD9CCNV to receive the conference rate. All guest room reservations must be received by 07 January 2008 to be guaranteed at the conference rate.
Transportation Information
The Keystone Resort and Conference Center is pleased to assist you with air and/or ground transportation when reserving your guest room. Driving Directions (approximately 98 miles and about 1 hour 45 minutes driving time) From Denver International Airport: Go north on Pena Boulevard toward Shady Grove Street (approximately 2½ miles). Take a slight right to stay on Pena Boulevard (signs for Rental Car Return/I-70/Airport exit) (approximately 9½ miles). Take the exit onto I-70 W (approximately 79 miles). Take Exit 205 for US-6 E toward Dillon (approximately 1/3 mile). Turn left at Blue River Parkway/US-6 E, and continue to follow US-6 E to the Keystone Resort (approximately 6½ miles).
