SPE sections benefit from recruiting too, as their strength is a reflection of the individuals who participate. SPE stratifies sections by size for the annual section membership contest.
Century Club
Members who recruit 100 others to join SPE become a Century Club member.
Member Development Appreciation Awards
As members recruit others, SPE tracks the number of new members. Once certain thresholds are achieved, SPE provides the recruiter with appreciation awards.
