Graduating Seniors -- Maintain Your SPE Membership
To help you make the transition from graduating student to new working professional, SPE offers current SPE student members one additional year of membership at the student member rate. This will apply for the dues year following the date of graduation.
How to take advantage of this offer:
- Update your contact
information
prior to
graduation (use a permanent address and/or email) - Once you accept a job, remember to update your information again
- When your student membership ends, SPE will use your contact information to provide information about renewing as a recent graduate.
It's that simple. Just be certain that SPE can contact you after graduation, or contact SPE at 1.972.952.9393 or service@spe.org.

Post-graduation Compulsory Service
SPE student members in some countries are required to serve one year of compulsory military or social service upon graduation. Those serving may receive a one-year dues waiver. Please submit your written request, along with proof of compulsory service, to SPE Member Services at SPE, P.O. Box 833836, Richardson, TX 75083-3836.
