Manual Submission of a Paper for Peer Review
The preferred method of submitting a paper for peer review is through SPE's online peer review system. But we recognize that some authors may be unable to use this system. SPE will also accept submission of manuscripts by mail or email. Your manuscript cannot be considered for peer review until ALL of the following are received:
- Peer review
information form
- Author information
form
- Temporary transfer
of copyright from each author
(for work done in the scope an author's employment, the company can complete
the form on behalf of all employee authors)
- Manuscript file (Word
preferred; WordPerfect, EPS, text, Postscript, or RTF format also
accepted)
- Figure/image files if not embedded in manuscript (.tif, .gif, .jpg, Postscript or EPS format)
