GUEST CARDS

Invite your key prospects and current customers to visit your booth with a Guest Card

The primary contact listed on your account has received an emailed notification regarding that Guest Cards are available upon request.

Charges are incurred to the exhibitor with the use of Guest Cards. Guest Cards are priced at USD 40 per guest, per day, with a maximum billable amount of USD 2400.

The primary exhibit contact should email registration@spe.org to obtain a Guest Card invitation to send to clients. The invitation will be returned to you as a PDF; from there you may begin distributing it to your guests. We also suggest you to use the exhibitor marketing toolkit to encourage attendees to visit your booth.

We suggest notifying the recipients of your guest cards that they should not copy, reproduce, or forward the invitation provided as exhibitors are responsible for payment of each card registered with your printed company name, even if you may not know the guest personally. After ATCE, you will receive an invoice and a URL to the detailed list of attendees registered using your company number.

Reminders about Guest Cards

  • Each Guest Card is valid for ONE day during ATCE, and for the exhibition only.
  • Guest Cards are not valid for exhibiting company personnel.
  • Special events and keynote luncheons are not included; however, they may be purchased separately on-site.
  • Guest Cards will not be accepted without a company number.
