To purchase more Exhibitor Guest Passes than your included allowance, visit the online registration page. This includes three exhibitor guest passes per 9 square metres of exhibition space, up to a maximum of 18 registrations. The guest passes are valid for exhibition only (no sessions or lunch access) and for one day ONLY - either Wednesday or Thursday. Guests must be either clients or contacts from another organisation.

Yes – the venue has parking onsite at a rate of €14 per day. Parking cannot be pre-booked, it is first come, first served.
Unfortunately, there are no trolleys available. You will need to bring your own if this is required.

You can begin to dismantle your stand once the exhibition floor is clear of all attendees after the final coffee break. This should be around 1530 on 7 March. You must have completed your dismantle and left the World Forum by 2200 hours or you may incur a late departure fee.
