1. Who do I contact about building my stand?

If you are looking to build a custom stand for your SPACE ONLY area we recommend Fairboost

Contact info@fairboost.nl  or +31 85 015 00 75.

If you have a STAND package you can pay a little extra and Fairboost can upgrade your graphics.

 

2. When will I receive my exhibitor badge/s?

You will be able to collect these on the first day of the event from the registration desk. Please remember to complete your registration form (pdf) and return to Egle Cirvinskaite by 6th February 2019.

To obtain an access badge (collection upon arrival) for build-up, please email Egle Cirvinskaite – Events Administration Assistant with your company name and number of passes requested.

 

3. How do I register my Exhibitor Guest Passes? 

Please complete the Guest Pass spreadsheet (.xls) and return it to Egle Cirvinskaite by 6 February 2019.

To purchase more Exhibitor Guest Passes than your included allowance, visit the online registration page. This includes three exhibitor guest passes per 9 square metres of exhibition space, up to a maximum of 18 registrations. The guest passes are valid for exhibition only (no sessions or lunch access) and for one day ONLY - either Wednesday or Thursday. Guests must be either clients or contacts from another organisation.   

 

4. What should I do if I need to replace someone who is registered to attend?

Please contact the Registration Team.

 

5. What are the show opening times?

  •  Tuesday 5 March  – 0800–1830 Hours (Sessions from 0900)
  •  Wednesday 6 March – 0830–1800 Hours (Sessions from 0900)
  •  Thursday 7 March – 0830–1530 Hours (Sessions from 0900)

 

6. When do I have access to build my stand?

  • For SPACE ONLY – access is available from 0930–1900 Hours on Sunday 3 March and 0900–1900 Hours on Monday 4 March
  • For a STAND PACKAGE – access is available from 1400-1900 Hours on Sunday 3 March and 0900–1900 Hours on Monday 4 March

 

7. Is there parking at the venue?

Yes – the venue has parking onsite at a rate of €14 per day. Parking cannot be pre-booked, it is first come, first served.

 

8. Are there trolleys I can use to transfer items to/from my stand?

Unfortunately, there are no trolleys available. You will need to bring your own if this is required.

 

9. Can I advertise my involvement in the event on my company website?

Yes! If you would like an email banner please request one from Laura Barnes - Event Manager.

 

10. How do I access the Exhibitor Manual?

This can be downloaded here. An email with all forms was also sent out mid-December. If you are missing any forms please contact Laura Barnes - Event Manager.

 

11. I have a dietary requirement – who do I tell?

Please contact Laura Barnes - Event Manager. Please advise 1 week prior to the event or we may not be able to accommodate your request.

 

12. Can we send alternate people to man our stand each day?

Yes. Please contact the Registration Team.

 

13. What important deadlines should I know about?

Please see Section 3 of the Exhibitor Manual for a summary of all the major deadlines.

 

14. How can I purchase additional branding at the event?

Please contact Dean Guest – Sales Manager.

 

15. How do I rent furniture/AV/Electricity for my stand?

You can rent all these items for your stand through Fairboost

 

16. Do I have to wear any protective clothing during the exhibition build-up and dismantling?

Yes! Please ensure you have closed toe shoes.

 

17. When can I dismantle my stand?

You can begin to dismantle your stand once the exhibition floor is clear of all attendees after the final coffee break. This should be around 1530 on 7 March. You must have completed your dismantle and left the World Forum by 2200 hours or you may incur a late departure fee. 

 

18. Where can I stay?

19. How do I send my stand items to/from the venue?

We recommend using CEVA Logistics for all your shipping needs. Download the CEVA Information Pack (pdf). Further information can be found in Section 4 of the Exhibitor Manual

20. What colour is the carpet included with my Stand package?

Carpet is included with a Stand Package. You can pick from any of the colours here.

Contact info@fairboost.nl  or +31 85 015 00 75 with your choice. 

If no colour is selected the standard colour provided will be dark grey. 

 

21. My question has not been answered. Who can I contact?
