Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • If you cancel before 17 March 2018, you will receive a full refund less USD 100.
  • If you cancel after 17 March 2018, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • No refund will be given if a registered delegate fails to attend the conference.

Value Added Tax (VAT)

The UAE government is introducing a 5% VAT on goods and services for the GCC region from 1 January 2018. Once VAT guidelines have been finalised and issued by the government, we will contact you again and issue a revised VAT inclusive invoice.

Visa Information

SPE Middle East, North Africa, and South Asia will assist in providing a visa invitation letter, upon request in writing, to confirmed registrants after receiving full payment of registration fees. Visa invitation letters take five days to issue from the date of request and it is the conference attendee's responsibility to obtain their own visa. SPE cannot issue the visa nor can we guarantee it will be obtained.

The Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) is a not-for-profit organisation. Income from this event will be invested back into SPE to support many other Society programmes. When you attend an SPE event, you help provide even more opportunities for industry professionals to enhance their technical and professional competence.
