Density Cell

Automation Products’ CL10-HY density cell and Series 2000 digital density converter can be used to measure the density of butane, crude, carbon dioxide, diesel fuel, distillates, ethane, gasoline, isobutene, jet fuel, kerosene, natural gas, and propane. The two products are designed to be used together and are built with corrosion-resistant materials. They are also weather-tight and explosion-proof. The density cell, which has no moving parts, can detect a broad range of temperatures and pressures. The digital density converter has an onboard microcontroller and requires no programming before use. The petrochemical software provided with the digital converter calculates specific gravity, percent concentration, API gravity, and temperature from the density cell.
