MSIS, a provider of environmental services and equipment, named John Forrest as a nonexecutive chairman of its board of directors. He serves as the chairman of PDG Helicopters and Task Fronterra. Forrest has worked in the upstream oil and gas industry for more than 35 years, specializing in health, safety, and environmental leadership, asset management, and operations. He began his career as an engineer and offshore supervisor at Mobil, where he led the startup team for the Beryl Bravo platform and directed the company’s Dutch and southern United Kingdom North Sea operations. Forrest holds a degree in chemical engineering from Heriot-Watt University.
