Griffco's Model IVQ injection valves can be used as the transitional point for a chemical before it is injected into process piping. They feature dual-threaded National Pipe Thread Taper connections in ½-in., ¾-in., and 1-in. diameters with standard quill lengths of 3 in. (for ½- and ¾-in. models) and 4 in. (for 1-in. models). The valve body is available in a choice of 3 metallic materials (316 stainless steel, Alloy 20, and Hastelloy C) as well as 3 high-grade plastic materials (PVC, CPVC, and PVDF). The valve ball is available in PTFE, 316 stainless steel, or Hastelloy C. Metallic models provide a maximum operating pressure of 3,500 psi, while nonmetallic models have a maximum operating pressure of 150 psi.
