Nishant Dighe, SPE, departed from his position as Panoro Energy’s president and chief operating officer at the end of November. He will continue as an adviser for a transitional period. In 2007, Dighe cofounded Pan-Petroleum, which led to the creation of Panoro. He has held several senior management positions, including chief executive officer (CEO) of African Energy Equity Resources and president Africa and CEO of Panoro. He has also worked at ExxonMobil, Marakon Associates, and Sasol. Dighe holds master’s degrees in chemical engineering and petroleum engineering from Imperial College London and an MBA from the University of Warwick.
