This workshop will provide an opportunity to discuss the state-of-the-art and future technologies related to analysis, interpretation, modeling, and prediction of well performance data (production and pressure transient data) in unconventional reservoirs. The emphasis of this workshop is twofold: (1) to demonstrate the value of Pressure Transient Analysis (PTA) for the interpretation of reservoir pressure data, (2) to demonstrate the utility of Rate Transient Analysis (RTA) for performance based reservoir characterization and production forecasting in unconventional reservoirs. The emphasis of is on the future of well test and production data analysis in unconventional reservoirs.
