This is a non-residential conference. Hotel accommodation is NOT included in your registration fee. However, SPE has negotiated a discounted rate with Renaissance Mumbai Convention Centre during the conference dates, that you can take advantage of by contacting the hotel directly.
Preferential rates are available until 23 February 2019. After which, standard room rates will be applicable.

About Mumbai, India
Mumbai (formerly known as Bombay) is the commercial and entertainment centre of India and is the country’s largest city with a population of approximately 14 million people. SPE Middle East, North Africa, and India will assist in providing a visa invitation letter, upon request in writing, to confirmed registrants after receiving full payment of registration fees. Visa invitation letters take five days to issue from the date of request and it is the delegate’s responsibility to obtain their own visa. SPE cannot issue the visa nor can we guarantee it will be obtained.
