Explore the role Egypt and wider African nations will play in the future of the oil and gas industry, covering the latest innovations, applications and unlocking Africa’s upstream potential. A range of leading professionals and industry leaders will share their views on upstream investment, unconventional energy resources and talent development.

This workshop will examine and discuss how to adapt for an ever-changing market and how our future leaders can prepare and develop the industry for global challenges. Topics will include human capacity and talent development, integration of renewables, government perspectives and more.

Hosted alongside the March Board of Directors Meeting, attendees will have the opportunity to meet with Senior SPE Board Members along with industry leaders. An evening reception will also be hosted following this event.

Young professionals (YPs) and future leaders who want to be updated on current industry trends and insight into the developments in the Egypt and wider Africa regions. The maximum capacity for this event is 100 people as a result senior professionals and students and are also welcome to attend however places may be capped to ensure the intended audience are able to participate.
