The International Association of Oil & Gas Producers (IOGP) is the voice of the global upstream industry. Its Members produce 40% of the world’s oil and gas and operate in all producing regions.
IOGP serves industry regulators as a global partner for improving safety, environmental and social performance. It also acts as a uniquely upstream forum in which its Members identify and share knowledge and good practices to achieve improvements in health, safety, the environment, security and social responsibility. The Association has three global offices and more than 95 working groups, in which more than 1,700 representatives from Member companies participate.
IPIECA is the global oil and gas industry association for advancing environmental and social performance. Our vision is for an industry whose operations and products meet society’s environmental and social performance expectations.
IPIECA brings together the expertise of upstream and downstream oil and gas companies and associations to develop, share and promote good practice and knowledge, and remains the industry’s principal channel of engagement with the United Nations.
