Please note: Registration rates do not include UK VAT of 20%.

Students: Before completing registration for this event, please ensure you first contact SPE at formslondon@spe.org to request your discount code. All Students will be required to provide a copy of their university enrolment letter when requesting the discount.

By registering for this online event, you consent to allow SPE to store and process the information submitted and to provide you with information about this programme; and accept the Registration Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

Registration Fee

Registration of participant will only be confirmed upon registration and receipt of full payment.

All outstanding payments must be received on or prior to the date of the online event for participants to be allowed to attend. SPE reserves the right to cancel the registration if no payment is received prior to or on the date of the event.

Registration for this online event is personal to you and viewing materials may not be shared with non-registered individuals without express consent from SPE.

VAT Regulations

Attendance fees are conducted under both the UK Value Added Tax Act 1994, as amended and the EC VAT law contained in Council Directive 2006/112/EC (Principal VAT Directive) and Council Regulation (EC) No. 1777/2005 (Implementing Regulation). The Implementing Regulation has direct effect from 1 January 2011.

Cancellation Policy

Email your cancellation request to formslondon@spe.org 

Registration fees will be fully refunded if the request is received 24 hours before a live web programme.

In the event that SPE must cancel a web programme, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded. Please allow 14 working days for the processing of any refunds.

All content contained within the SPE web programme is copyrighted either by SPE or other providers and its use and/or reproduction outside the portal requires express permission from the content owner(s).

Disclaimer

SPE reserves the right to cancel a web programme if number of participants is not sufficient. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice will be given.

SPE reserves the right to change the speaker(s), date(s), or to cancel the programme should circumstance beyond its control arises.

SPE will not be liable to you for any damages, costs, losses, reimbursements or expenses of any kind what so ever incurred or suffered by you as a result of or in relation to SPE modifying, postponing or cancelling the programme or any part of the programme or any technical problems with the web programme beyond the reasonable control of the Organiser.

SPE complies with applicable privacy laws, including GDPR, in collecting and processing your data. Users have control over how much of their personal data is shown to other users for networking purposes. Users can manage the data in their personal profile, which can be found by logging in and going to ‘Settings / Your Profile’ in the top right-hand corner of the platform’s lobby. The virtual event platform, ON24, processes the data attributed to this event on behalf of SPE. SPE collects and processes data for the purposes of fulfilling your registration order, analysing how this site performs and is used, and marketing for future related SPE events. All users maintain the right of erasure and can withdraw their consent at any time. Please see SPE’s privacy policy for additional information.

By engaging with sponsor and exhibitor stands or content, users are consenting to exhibiting and sponsoring companies having access to the personal data that is public in their personal profile.
