gain technical insight, network one-on-one, and stay connected with the drilling and completions community.

Please take a few minutes to watch the following tutorial to help guide you through the platform once you’ve received your login details.

 

 

You will receive an email a few days before the event with a button redirecting to a login page. Your account is automatically pre-created by the platform after you’ve registered.

A window will then suggest to create a password for your account.

If you didn’t receive an email, please check your spam or write to us at registrationdubai@spe.org.

Access your account on login.swapcard.com. Enter the email used to register and the password created before.

If you have forgotten your password, click on Send me a magic link after entering your email. You’ll receive email to reset your password in your mailbox.

Yes! You can view video tutorials on how to use the platform. A help desk is available on the days of the conference to help you understand how to best use and navigate the platform.

One of the main benefits of Swapcard is the use of AI to matchmake attendees to each other. You can get better results by completing your profile and adding content to what you are looking for/what I am offering fields.

Only attendees who have a paid ticket can send a meeting request to another delegate. This function will allow you to propose a time for a video chat with the chosen delegate and is the perfect opportunity for you to grow your network!

Through a variety of ways: video conferencing, online chat, meeting requests, and Q&A chat in each session. This is a great reason to be sure you attend the conference on the actual dates (instead of watching everything on-demand later). These are the days when other attendees, speakers, and exhibitors will be online so you can ‘meet’ the most people. You can also discover who is online and search by company, job title, or interest! Just like at an in-person conference, speakers will be live during their scheduled live session so you can ask questions and interact with both the speaker and others attending the session.
