Refund Deadline
Cancellations and requests for refunds must be received by SPE in writing on or before 13 April 2021 for a refund of registration fees, less a CAD 75 administration fee. Send your request by email to canadianregistration@spe.org, or by mail to SPE Canada Registration, 11th floor, 606 Fourth St. SW, Calgary, AB T2P 1T1 Canada. No refunds will be given after 13 April 2021.
Photography and Recording Policy
Unauthorized video/audio recording is expressly prohibited, whether by video, still/digital camera, mobile phone, or any other means of reproduction.
Consent to Use of Photographic Images
Attendance at or participation in SPE meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to SPE’s use and distribution of the registrant’s image or voice in promoting future SPE meetings in any way SPE deems appropriate.
Please note: Many of the presentations are in the form of case studies, highlighting engineering achievements and lessons learned. In order to stimulate frank discussion, no proceedings are published and members of the press are not invited to attend.
