Travelling to Bangkok, Thailand

International attendees are advised to comply with the health measures and entry requirements enforced by the Thai government. Thailand Pass is no longer required for all traveller starting on 1 July 2022. All international attendees are required to show proof of either a certificate of vaccination or a negative RT-PCR or professional ATK test result within 72 hours of travel. These can be in print or digital format. Random checks will be made on arrivals at Thailand’s international airports or land border checkpoints. Visa Information
Event attendees travelling to Bangkok, Thailand must be in possession of passports valid for at least six (6) months with proof of onward passage out of the country. Visa requirements depend on the country of origin. Please check with your travel agent, or the Thailand Embassies, High Commissions or Consulates on regulations relating to immigration/visa before your departure.
Invitation Letter Request Form (For Thailand Visa Application)
An invitation letter to facilitate the application of visa will be issued to registered attendees if required. Download Invitation Letter Request Form, complete and return it to Faezah Saaban.
Please note that it is the sole responsibility of the attendee to obtain the necessary supporting document(s) for entry into Bangkok, Thailand. The invitation letter does not guarantee that you will be granted a visa.
Accommodation
Accommodations are not included in the registration fee. SPE has arranged a room block at Conrad Bangkok to save your time and money.

- Rates are based on per room per night and are inclusive of daily buffet breakfast for one (1) or two (2) persons.
- Rates are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early, price is subject to change.
- Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 7% applicable government tax (currently).
- Rates are inclusive of internet access in room.
- Free cancellation before 11:59PM local hotel time on 6 August 2022. Cancellation after 6 August 2022 will be charged for cancellation penalty equal to the first night’s room and tax.
