This is a non-residential Summit. Hotel accommodation is not included in your registration fee. Taj Bangalore Hotel, Opp. Kempegowda International Airport will be the host hotel.

Shuttle Bus*

SPE and Shell have organised a shuttle bus for all delegates residing at the Taj Bangalore Hotel for the duration of the Summit Dates, please see below schedule:

In case you are planning to arrive at the venue by yourself, the pickup and drop off point is GATE 4 of STCB.


Venue Entry Information

Mandatory Safety Briefing

All delegates will be required to attend a safety briefing before collecting their registration badge at STCB. This briefing will be approximately 4 to 5 minutes. Therefore, we recommend you consider this time during your arrival.

People with Determination

STCB is fully equipped for supporting people with determination/differently abled to attend the Summit. If you have any requests as such, please contact the event manager for further assistance.

COVID19 Guidelines for STCB

  • All attendees must always wear masks.
  • All attendees must maintain 2 feet social distancing.
  • No PCR tests will be required to attend the Summit.
  • No vaccination certificate will be required to attend the Summit.

Visa Requirements

If you are not an Indian national, you may require a visit visa to enter India.  Please check with your embassy in your city of residency to find out if you need a visa.  Please note that it may take up to two weeks to process a visit visa.

SPE Middle East, North Africa, and South Asia will assist in providing a visa invitation letter, upon request in writing, to confirmed registrants after receiving full payment of registration fees. Visa invitation letters take three business days to issue from the date of request and it is the delegate’s responsibility to obtain their own visa. SPE cannot issue the visa nor can we guarantee it will be obtained.
