Lou Daigle
Shell

 

Lou Daigle is Shell’s General Manager Detailed Design Well Intervention and P&A. He has been with Shell for over 15 years in several roles in the Completion & Well Intervention discipline including Engineering Team Lead, Technical Lead, Lead Completion Design, Subsea Completion Engineer, and Well Test Engineer. He is currently the Principal Technical Expert for Well Interventions, Subsea Interventions SME, and Shell TA-1 for Interventions and Abandonments.

Daigle, a member of SPE since 1995, has more than 20 years of industry experience.


Dr. Greg Kusinski

Projects and Technology, Strategy and Delivery

 

Dr. Greg Kusinski, team lead for Chevron Gulf of Mexico Regulatory Affairs, leads regulatory strategy development and engagements for approval of major capital projects and technology qualification and acceptance. He serves as a Sponsor of Issues Governance Committee for the Chevron Stakeholders Engagement and Issues Management Process.

Dr. Kusinski has more than 25 years of industry experience.

Matt is the Global Director for Subsea Oilfield Equipment, focused on providing the highest returns possible for operators throughout the lifetime of a subsea project, including the often-overlooked opportunities for subsea well intervention

Prior to his current position, Matt held various roles at ExxonMobil, Chevron, FMC Technologies, NOV Shaffer, and NASA JSC. Matt began his oil and gas career in equipment design before moving onto roles in engineering leadership, offshore operations, subsea drilling & completions, and procurement strategy.

Matt has broad international experience, having worked in North America, South America, Europe, Middle East, and Asia Pacific. His entire career in the oil and gas industry has been in subsea wells, deep and shallow water with a focus on improving overall project returns through unique technical, operational, and commercial approaches.
