Venue Entry Information:

All event attendees must undergo COVID-19 test (PCR) 48 hours prior attending the event.

DPI tests will not be accepted to enter the event!

Please take a note of the following:

  • Your negative PCR test result will have to be presented at the entrance of the event.
  • Your PCR test validity is for 48 hours only.

Travelling Into the UAE

Arriving from “green countries”:

Any visitors travelling from countries, regions and territories on the 'green' list will be exempt from quarantine requirements and can enter the destination by following a series of procedures that include COVID-19 tests.

Arriving from other countries:

Travellers from outside the 'green' list can still travel into Abu Dhabi but following the latest protocols and guidelines. For more info visit the Abu Dhabi Public Health website.

Arriving at the Venue/During the Event

Ticketing and Registration Process

Due to strict health and safety protocol, there will be no registration and ticket sales on-site at the event. Admission is strictly by advance registration only. 

What social distancing measures will be in place?

  • Each round table will have six (6) delegates seated with their face mask on.
  • The venue capacity will apply the minimum 2m social distancing corresponding to 1 person per 4sqm gross on the net non-utilised space with clear signage of capacity allowed.
  • Signage will be installed across all key locations around the venue to spread awareness about safety and health regulations. Floor stickers and other signage guides will be installed to support social distancing measures as outlined per the government guidelines i.e. car parks, taxi ranks, entrances, elevators, escalators, restrooms, F&B outlets, conference halls, exhibition floor, and concourse areas.

Are face masks mandatory?

Yes, wearing a face mask is mandatory at all times. Non-compliance may result in government enforced penalties. Exception will be given to speakers who will be at the podium during their presentation.

Will there be sanitisers across the venue?

Yes, sanitiser stations will be readily available across the venue.

How can I network at the event?

  • Networking Coffee Breaks will be available with adequate social distancing measures
  • Delegate Lunch will also take place with adequate social distancing measures
  • Handshakes and the exchange of business cards are not permitted at this time.

Do I need to do a PCR test before leaving Abu Dhabi?
Those intending to travel outside Abu Dhabi, UAE, please check the requirements of the country you are travelling to. The travel regulations change frequently.

FAQ’s

  1. Do I need to be vaccinated to attend an Event in Abu Dhabi?
    The Department Culture and Tourism (DCT) in Abu Dhabi announced that you do not need to be vaccinated to attend any type of business event. Hence, you will not require to be vaccinated to attend an event in Abu Dhabi. However, you will need to present a negative PCR Test.
    However, this rule may differ for visiting number of public places such as Malls, retail outlets and Museums, Cultural Center etc.
  2. Do I need to present a negative PCR test to attend an event in Abu Dhabi?
    Yes, a negative PCR test result of up to 48 hours is required to attend any event or activity in Abu Dhabi, as per official communication from the Department Culture and Tourism.
  3. Are face masks mandatory?
    Yes, wearing a face mask is mandatory at all times. Non-compliance may result in government-enforced penalties.
