The health and safety of all workshop participants on-site will be our highest priority. SPE has implemented global safety standards for our events, which will be used alongside those imposed by the government of Abu Dhabi and the venue's own regulations and protocols.
Wearing a face mask will be mandatory on-site.
Non-compliance may result in government enforced penalties.
Sanitisation stations will be accessible throughout the venue.
Frequent cleaning and disinfection will be carried out especially in areas of high footfall and touchpoints.
Capacity will be limited in session rooms and F&B halls.
Refrain from physical contact and practice 2m social distancing.
Attendees are encouraged to print their badge at home.
Individually sanitised pack with badge holders and lanyards will be distributed on-site.
Venue Safety Guidelines
The event’s venue, strictly adheres to all rules and regulations laid out by government authorities to ensure the health and safety of everyone on the premises. The venue will be constantly cleaned and sanitized to ensure the safety of all attendees.
UPDATE ON PCR REQUIREMENT:
As per the new regulations valid from 14th of June, vaccinated UAE residents attendees must present Al Hosn App Green Pass and Vaccinated International attendees must present their Vaccination Cards along with 1-negative PCR test result (taken within 14 days of the date of the event). The validity of the PCR test has been reduced from 30 days to 14 days to ensure the accuracy of the early detection process and encourage periodic examinations.
Non-vaccinated UAE residents must present a Negative Test Result within 48 hours of the day of the event. Your PCR test is only valid for 48 hours.
* If you are attending a committee & speakers meeting, this function counts as part of the event as well.
All requirements must be presented before entering the Hotel and the meeting rooms. This is mandatory based on the current Government Guidelines and must be strictly followed.
