The negotiated rate of USD 88.50 per night includes:
- Breakfast at hotel restaurant
- Wi-fi
- Self-parking
- 16% sales tax and 2% lodging tax
- Bellboys and maids tips
- Master suite room king or double
This special rate at the hotel is offered three (3) days before and after the workshop, based on availability. The attendee rate is guaranteed until 16 March. After 16 March, hotel reservations will be subject to availability at the prevailing rates.

Airline Discount

Airport Transfers
The hotel concierge can assist with your airport-hotel-airport transfer. To request and book service please contact hotel representatives Cesia Alvarado, and provide them with your name, reservation number and flight information. Payments can be made upon arrival in cash, by credit card or it can be added to the room bill (the later will incur in 16% sales tax).

- Hotel - airport: $350.00 (Mexican pesos) for up to 2 people

Attendees from countries that require a US visa for entry are reminded that the process of obtaining a visa may take several months.
